Shipping times vary depending on the products ordered. Some products are handmade custom orders and will require more time for delivery. During the checkout process, if the purchase price is $99 or less, the shipping charges are calculated and shown. Free shipping applies to products with a purchase price exceeding $99. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to contact All the Finer Things via email at

within 48 hours of receipt. Be sure to keep your purchase in the original packaging so it can be re-packaged and picked up by the shipper for inspection and insurance evaluation. All the Finer Things will contact the carrier to schedule the inspection. Once an evaluation has been performed, we will immediately replace the merchandise (provided a replacement is available) or issue a full refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from All the Finer Things you may return the item(s) for a refund within 21 days of your receipt. The item(s) must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging material. Contact us by email or phone for our Returns Department's shipping address.
If the purchased item(s) are returned under this policy a refund will follow. The purchase price minus a 15% re-stocking charge and minus the original shipping fee will be credited to the same form of payment used in the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We only sell products of the finest quality and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
